July 2022 - Idea Inception

In July 2022, observing inefficiencies in business operations such as accounting and paperwork, we envisioned Incorpo.ro: A one-stop solution offering services from accounting to banking, initially focusing on Romania due to its low tax rates, efficient banking system, and advantages in terms of EU market access.

May 2023 - Initial Open Beta

We began with bootstrapping and prototyping. We researched Romanian business laws and brought together a team of legal experts. Using technology, we read digital IDs and integrated GPT-4 for rapid support. Our MVP, launched in April, gained traction with Innovation Labs, resulting in widespread media coverage.
